Peel 8-10  apples and place in a large pot with 1/2 cup of water at the base.

 Instructions

  1. core and chop apples
  2. cook apples in a large pot with ½ - ¾ cup water over medium heat until soft, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. when cool enough to work with, place small amounts a food processor and pulse 3-4 times
  4. if using a blender, blend apples on low speed until you reach desired consistency
  5. add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon if desired; serve warm or cold.
