Try a Veggie Smoothie
Looking for a pure, healthy smoothie? There are many ways to make a smoothie, and they don’t always require fruit to make them delicious. I prefer to eat my fruit in whole form more than a blended form. Whole fruit takes longer to eat as compared with drinking a smoothie, and you get the specific flavor and texture of the fruit when you eat it whole.
On the other hand, if you find you’re not getting your intended 5-7 servings of veggies every day, a veggie smoothie may be just what you’re looking for.

Another one of my favorites is the following:
Carrot and spinach smoothie
1 cup carrot juice
2 handfuls of organic baby spinach
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Blend until smooth.
