Summer Fruit Salad


There’s no better time to enjoy a fruit salad than summer. By their very nature summer fruits are filled with juice and are cooling and refreshing. Here is one of my favorites:

  • 2 cups of chopped watermelon

  • 2 cups of honeydew melon

  • 3 chopped kiwis

  • 1 pint blueberries

  • 1/2 pint blackberries

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries (organic only in US)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.


The juices from all the fruits nicely blend into a dressing. If you choose to add something more, combine 1 TB raw honey with the juice of 1 lime and gently blend into the fruit bowl. Refrigerate until served.
