Wellness and Well Being Is a Process

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ve likely heard me share the details of the 5 Pillars of Lifelong Wellness.  It’s one of my signature talks that I’ve delivered to many organizations, companies and groups across the country.  Simply put, the 5 Pillars are Nutrition, Rest, Physical Activity, Stress Management and Social Connection.  In setting goals for your own well-being, research and observation always shows that a series of small steps forward presents the best possibility for successful change.

Change Can Start Anywhere

I’ve seen this happen many times:  One person will start with an environmental approach to clean living, and this gradually leads them to look more deeply at the food they buy, where it’s grown and how it’s sourced. I’ve been working with a wonderful person on the West Coast and speaking with her weekly.   While getting to know each other, she explained how she’s been using Dr. Bronner’s products.  The cheat sheets on Lisa Bronner’s web page has reduced her cleaning products to a very simple few, all without harmful chemicals. She decided to carry this clean living concept further and that’s what led her to enroll in my 6 Weeks to Diet Freedom online program.

where to Begin

If you are looking to make some positive changes in your life, think about where you are most eager to make some changes. Start there. Simple steps always lead to the most lasting changes.
