Peg has been leading Corporate Wellness Workshops & Programs and coaching hundreds of clients since 2005. Her expertise and passion for well-being and lifelong wellness is infectious and inspires individuals to prioritize their health through a series of actionable steps, creating a ripple effect that transforms lives.

Her life changed 25 years ago when she saw her health suffered from too many white flour products and sweets. The rapid improvement she experienced simply by changing her food prompted her to begin a lifelong study of the power of food to change lives.

My Mission

As the owner of Wellness and You, I specialize in working  both with individuals and organizations who have a mutual focus  on or interest in lifelong wellness. Objectives are to reduce stress, increase energy and improve health through attention to balanced nutrition and lifestyle. 

My book Food Becomes You - Simple Steps for Lifelong Wellness is a comprehensive how-to that helps you choose the foods that are good for you, cook simple meals and achieve better health than you might have imagined. My blog has recipes, info on aging well, living longer, how to lose weight quickly and how to feel more energized. I’m a frequent guest on radio shows and wellness  blogs and love sharing what I’ve learned from more than 20 years in practice . I’m a regular Corporate Wellness Speaker and speak for many business and civic associations.

Business clients/corporate clients include  Fidelity Investments, Eversource Utilities, Harvard Medical School, Boston College, Marble and Granite Inc., Whole Foods, Inc. and Keldara Spa. 

Because of my holistic approach to health and wellness, I also maintain a bodywork practice based upon the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, all with the objective of restoring balance to the body.

ways to work with Peg

Whether you’re looking for a holistic health and wellness coach for yourself or for a group, Peg can help. She offers a variety of convenient ways to work with her to improve your own individual health, the health of your employees, or the health of community members. You can:

  • Enroll as an individual in an online nutrition or wellness class/virtual nutrition or wellness course which you can complete at your own pace. Some virtual classes include an option to interact with other supportive women with similar health and wellness goals. And, most include at least one phone call with Peg.

  • Contract with Peg to speak at your business event or conference or at your community event. (Remote, hybrid, in-person)
