The work continues now that our permit has been approved. If you’ve been through this you probably know that just because you have a general contractor, there are still things you have to keep on top of. For instance, we are now on our 3rd date change with the counter measurement people, all because of delays caused by the permit problem. I think the scheduler and I will be old friends by the time this is done. It’s now scheduled for August 5th, which means the measurement will be taken then, and who knows how long a wait the actual installation will be.
But it’s all good.
Here’s a look at the progress we’ve made.
Tom and Paul have been great to work with. They wear their masks, we bump up the a/c to keep them cool, and we wash down the common spaces after they leave. Working through covid-19 makes it more complicated but we’re hoping for a great outcome.
