Summer Menu Ideas

Quick easy meals work best in summer. With added outdoor activity you may feel you need some nourishment in between meals, and most of it can be focused on hydration.

Here are a few easy ideas

Breakfast:

Smoothie with berries, yogurt and flaxseed

Piece of whole grain toast with peanut butter

Cup of tea or water

Lunch

Green Salad with tuna, salmon, or  beans as protein source

Dressing – oil + vinegar, sea salt and ground pepper

Slice of whole grain bread with hummus or avocado spread

Water summer fruit

Dinner

Stir fry of sliced chicken, carrots, zucchini and summer squash

Bowl of berries with dollop of yogurt

Snacks

Breakfast:
