Hi! I’m Peg Doyle. Since 1998, I’ve helped hundreds of women and men change how they think about food and their bodies. I focus on healthy, lasting lifestyle changes, not quick diets. Through holistic nutrition counseling, I help you understand the habits and feelings that affect your eating. I also offer bodywork as a powerful, complementary or standalone therapy. I provide support through group programs and personal sessions, in person, online, or by phone. It’s never too late to start living healthy, and you’re not alone on this journey!
