What I Like about Noosa Yoghurt

I’ve been looking for a yogurt that tastes good, doesn’t have unnecessary added ingredients and digests well. That combination is hard to come by. I decided to try Plain Noosa and am very happy with it.

Here’s why:

  • no added sugar - just the sugars that are an intrinsic part of dairy

  • whole milk - an entire 8 oz container gives you 15 g. -of healthy fat - more than enough to keep you feeling full

  • protein - good for satiety, bones and muscles

  • consistency - the pectin pulls it together nicely

  • live bacteria - just what my microbiome needs

What most surprises me is how filling it is. I typically use only 1/3 of the container and add walnuts and berries to it. I can hardly finish even that much and it covers me until lunch. So glad I tried it.
