Holidays aren’t easy for everyone.  Weight gain can be the result of too much partying, too much isolation, or not enough mindfulness about the choices you are making.

The average person gains 7 pounds over the holidays. You might choose to celebrate with abandon and gain that weight, but then you have to lose it, and that’s not fun. What if instead you developed some strategies that keep the holidays enjoyable but don’t end up with those extra 7 pounds.
