Do You Know How Much You Eat?

Are you, like many, wanting to shed some of that excess Winter weight now that we are seeing a glimpse of Spring? Most of us see a few extra pounds in Winter due to less activity in the cold months and the heavier foods we may choose to eat to stay warm. With the natural cycling of the seasons, we usually easily shed those pounds because we become more active in Spring and we add lots of low calorie but highly nutritious Spring greens to our diet.

I hope this newsletter finds you well. I have lots of news to share with you this month. Beginning in March, I will be at 81 Corey St, West Roxbury every Saturday seeing folks for Nutritional Counseling. I'll be using space leased by acupuncturist Claire McManus and I am really looking forward to spending time in West Roxbury, my original home town. I've also been busy updating my website with the expert help of my son Kenton, and that should be launched very soon....
