We start on Septmber 5th and have a weekly recorded coaching call at 8PM Eastern time. You’ll receive multiple downloads of everything you need to be successful in reaching your goals.  You may have weight to lose, or a belly that needs healing, or a jump start on more cooking at home and less takeout. 

The Basic Happy Belly Happy Me Rules: mindfully eat high quality meat, seafood, and eggs; beans and legumes; lots of fall vegetables and fruit; quality fats; and herbs, spices, and seasonings; ample amounts of water and herbal teas; minimal amounts of organic coffee. Soups, salads, smoothies, plates - we’ll mix it up and make it fun. Make most of your food at home, even the food you take to work.
