Protein for breakfast?

Did you know that a  whole foods based way of eating has a natural effect of suppressing appetite?  Whole foods means eating foods in their natural forms with the absence of synthetic and chemical additives.

Many Wellness and You clients report that the  'between meal' hunger pangs they used to experience fade away very quickly once they begin my program and learn how to eat quality foods.

This makes it easy to get excited about making healthy changes that become part of your everyday life.  Clients soon realize that a diet that relies on willpower and self-discipline is a prescription for feeling deprived, and none of us likes that.

Two nutrients - Protein and a small amount of healthy fat, can keep you full for long periods of time. Try starting your day with this mix and see how it affects your hunger gauge. You could try eggs  or perhaps Greek yogurt with ground flaxseeds.  If you feel you need carbohydrates in the morning, try a whole grain English muffin with a nut butter (almond or peanut).

Let me know what works for you!
