Broccoli Rabe
Chop the ends off a bunch of broccoli rabe. Wash each leaf separately, rinsing thoroughly.
Place 2 T. olive oil in a saute pan or wok, heat to medium and add 2 cloves minced garlic. When garlic aroma blooms, place the rabe in the pan and toss into the garlic oil mixture until thoroughly coated. Simmer and turn for about 5 minutes, as rabe brightens to an intense green. Add Braggs liquid aminos (vegetable protein) into the pan and again turn the rabe to meld in the flavor. Add a couple of tablespoons of water, cover and steam for 2 minutes. Delicious!
