 Hi Peg.  I just want to email you quickly to report how good I feel by eliminating so many "bad" things from my diet!  I remember hearing before that so much of the stuff we eat causes inflammation in our bodies.  I actually thought I might be developing arthritis in my knees and hands because they were so achy.  In just 2 days the my stiff and achy joints are now feeling normal again!  Amazing!  I am assuming this is due to my change in diet??

The answer to this question is absolutely yes! And sometimes it seems to good to be true.  The reality is our bodies want to be well and can funtion for a long time under the most challenging cirumstances - poor diet loaded with inflammatory foods, not enough sleep, little or no exercise, chronic stimulation from caffeine, sugar and even our surroundings, and unmanaged stress.  But when you change one thing, your food, you start feeling better almost immediately. It's not natural to have aches and pains unless you bump yourself.  It's not natural to have acid reflux and chronic headaches.  It's the result of less the optimum self care, and with support, you can heal yourself.  Learn more about how you can feel better.
