Reiki is a hands on gentle healing therapy that may be used alone or in conjunction with other therpaies, including medical procedures. Training includes discussion, handouts and ample time for practice. Upon completion participants receive certification as Reiki Level I Practitioners.

Fee is $150. Pre-registration is required.  Class will be held at 1446 High St., Rte 109, Westwood, MA

This is a program for adults who have completed medical treatments for cancer and are looking to create a healthy lifestyle going forward.

We will focus on recovering from the emotional, mental physical and spiritual toll that a cancer diagnosis can take. 

Workshop will consist of discussion as well as experiential exercises designed to assist participants in tapping into their body's knowledge and capability to be well.

Each person will go home with materials and tools to move toward the future with a sense of personal empowerment and self-knowledge.
