Learn the healing practice of Reiki and apply it to yourself and others. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of healing that can be used alone or in conjunction with medical therapies, including surgery and chemotherapy.

Class includes instruction, attunement and handouts, as well as practice that enables you to practice Reiki upon completion of the class.

Fee is $150. Advance registration required.

This 2 session workshop is designed to help you identify the way stress affects you physically, emotionally and spiritually.  Once participants have a sense of how their particular stressors affect them, we will examine and practice a number of techniques designed to mitigate the effects.

Advance your practice of Reiki and become attuned to Level II. You will learn how to use sacred reiki symbols and to send Reiki to those not physically present.

Includes instruction, attunement, handouts and certificate.

Fee is $200; registration required.

This 2nd session in a 2 session workshop will deepen and reinforce stress management  techniques learned in the first session. 

We will examine the many ways individuals manage stress, some with vigorous physical activity, and others with cerebral and meditative experiences.

Cost for 2 sessions:  $60.00      If you are unemployed the cost is $40.00

This free program will reinforce the principles of healthy eating in a manner that will negate the concepts of dieting and promote the value of choosing foods that are fresh, whole and healthy.

Dr. Peter Kevorkian, co-founder of Westwood Family Chiropractic, will offer introductory remarks on quality food's effect on human biology.  Peg will follow with an in-depth exploration of developing a lasting plan for healthy eating.

Lisa Biagetti, Board member of Mayflower Farm and Garden, will offer information on her organizations's mission of supporting local farms.
