Program addresses weight and nutrition issues specific to nurses. Program is held twice monthly to provide support to nurses who are concerned about how their profession affects their dietary needs - shift work, lack of predictable break times, access to healthy foods, stress/weight gain connection, and mid-life weight challenges.
2.0 ceu's for each session attended. $50 per session
Learn to use the ancient practice of Reiki in your life. Following the traditional teachings of Dr. Usui, students will learn the history of Reiki and how it came to the West. You will be attuned to the Level I Reiki energy and will learn to pass this healing energy to yourself and others.
All students receive instructional handouts and a Reiki Level I Certificate.

Deepen your knowledge and practice of Reiki by enrolling in the Level II program. In Level II training you will learn how to identify and use healing symbols in your work, and you will learn how to send healing Reiki energy to those not physically present.
Training includes discussion, experience and practice. Participants will receive handouts with detailed instruction along with a certificate of completion.
Continuing education credits for NPs, RNs and LPNs
