Are you someone who says "after the holidays I'm going to.........." but somehow you never make a plan?  If so, and you are someone who feels all off-balance due to over-indulging over the past 2 months, this tele-seminar is for you.  Remember, nothing happens without a plan.  I will guide you through several important steps to clear your mind and body from cravings so you can comfortably adapt better-than-ever practices that get you to a healthier weight and clearer mind. And I will be doin gthe work right along with you to improve my own health. 

Here's what we'll do:

  • prepare mentally and emotionally in advance of the first call through an essential handout I will send you when you register
  • adapt techniques and practices that will rid you of continuing cravings for sweet and salty foods
  • work with simple recipes that keep you fueled and energized
  • create routines that make it easy for you to be successful

Each week I will provide you with menu plans that you can use for planning your shopping and cooking so you won't have the worry of thinking about what to eat. There will actually be two plans for each week, one all vegetarian, and one that includes small portions of meat, poultry and fish. You can draw menu plans from one or both lists.  What could be easier?
