Roasted Peaches and Greek Yogurt

Bake a peach and it will be love at first sight.  Or grill it.  The juices bubble up and you will taste something heavenly.  Just be sure to buy organic.  Peaches absorb a lot of pesticides when grown conventionally. 

Here's the recipe:

Preheat oven to 350

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Take one or as many peaches as you like, wash and slice into quarters. 

Distribute on the parchment paper, spritz with olive oil or brush with butter.

Sprinkle with cinnamon

Bake 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 

Buy Greek yogurt with < 8 g. of sugar  - low or full fat

When peaches are cool, place 3 peach slices in a bowl, top with a small scoop of Greek yogurt,  top off with 2 peach slices.
