Curious but unsure how to shop at Whole Foods? In this session we will tour the produce, whole grain and legume, grocery, dairy and meat sections of the store with an eye on cost and quality. We'll meet in the dining area at 6:00 pm and go from there. I have no affiliation with Whole Foods. Handouts and shopping tips.
