In The Nourished Woman series, we will dig deep into a woman’s issues around weight, food, body image and lifestyle.  The program begins on Wednesday, October 12th at 8:00pm and continues on the next 3 consecutive Wednesdays.  Recordings of all calls will be available should you miss a call some evening. 

 

Here are some of the highlights:

  • guidance on specific food choices that give energy and lose weight
  • tools for moving past negative body image and self-criticism
  • time management techniques for planning, shopping, preparing
  • navigating the holidays and all their potential minefields 
  • creating a vision for a happy, healthy future
